Coriander is another favourite among the microgreens. Its incredible flavour is intense but not overpowering, and the bright green colour brings a fresh appearance. 


Often coriander is associated with Asian cuisine. It can be used in all types of curries, chutneys, pickles and sources. 

It can make a great addition to soup. Carrot and Coriander is especially popular. 

Or it can simply be sprinkled over a fresh salad to add some extra flavour.
