OX3 GREENS' ambition is to bring the BENEFITS OF VERTICAL FARMING to Oxford and the surrounding communities.

 

As the business establishes itself, the focus is on producing MICROGREENS - herbs that are harvested at a very early growth stage when plants have stacks of flavour and nutritional value. These are available to order by COMMERCIAL KITCHENS and HOME KITCHENS.

Will was inspired by the incredible prospects of Vertical Farming whilst at university. A few years later and Will has returned to the family farm which has given him the opportunity to set up a Vertical Farm of his own and establish OX3 GREENS. 

Located just three miles from Oxford City Centre, the traditional farm, of which Will's family have been tenants for over 100 years, focusses on the conventional production of crops, pigs and sheep. A large area of the farm is also committed to countryside stewardship which enriches habitats for an array of wildlife. 

Meanwhile, on a small pocket of the farm yard, OX3 GREENS is taking an entirely different approach to agriculture. As the Vertical Farming industry evolves, this new method of food production is providing a niche supplement to current farming practices, giving consumers in Oxford and the surrounding communities access to produce that would otherwise be imported from several miles away.
